Özet
ÖZET: Bu araştırmanın amacı, zorunlu göç yaşamış Suriyeli bireylerin ülkelerine geri dönmeleriyle ilgili stres düzeyi ve psikolojik iyilik halinin değerlendirilmesidir. Bu araştırmanın modeli taramadır. Ayrıca ilişkisel tarama modeli de kullanılmıştır. Araştırma evreni Suriye’den Türkiye’ye zorunlu göç etmiş geçici koruma statüsündeki kişilerdir. Araştırma kartopu örnekleme yöntemi ile ulaşılmış 103 geçici koruma statüsündeki Türkçe bilen Suriyeli katılımcı ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılmış olan kişilere, bireylerin cinsiyet, yaş, eğitim, gelir düzeyi vb. demografik bilgiler ile ilgili soruların yanıtlarını alabilmek için araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Sosyodemografik Bilgi Formu, Algılanan Stres Ölçeği ve Warwick-Edinburgh Mental İyi Oluş Ölçeği uygulanmıştır. Katılımcılara Google Forms üzerinden online olarak ulaşılmış ve bu yöntem ile veriler toplanmıştır. Araştırmada uygulama ile elde edilen veriler İBM SPSS paket veri programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırmanın analiz sonuçları, algılanan stres ile mental iyi oluş arasında da negatif korelasyon olduğu ayrıca ikamet süresi arttıkça algılanan stresin de azaldığı belirlenmiştir. Gerçekleştirilen regresyon analizi sonucu ise algılanan stres düzeyinin mental iyi oluş düzeyine negatif katkı sağladığını göstermektedir.
ABSTRACT: The aim of this research is to evaluate the stress level and psychological well-being of Syrian individuals who have experienced forced migration, regarding their return to their countries. The model of this research is survey. In addition, the relational screening model was also used. The population of the research is people in temporary protection status who have migrated from Syria to Turkey. The research was carried out with 103 Turkish-speaking Syrian participants in temporary protection status, who were reached with the snowball sampling method. The people who participated in the research, the gender, age, education, income level, etc. of the individuals. Sociodemographic Information Form, Perceived Stress Scale and Warwick-Edinburgh Mental Well-Being Scale developed by the researcher were applied to get answers to questions about demographic information. Participants were reached online via google forms and data were collected with this method. The data obtained with the application in the research were analyzed using the İBM SPSS package data program. Analysis results of the study revealed that there is a negative correlation between perceived stress and mental well-being, and the perceived stress decreases as the residence time increases. The result of the regression analysis carried out shows that the perceived stress level negatively contributes to the level of mental well-being.
