Özet
ÖZET: Araştırma Covid -19 pandemisi döneminde Türkiyeli ve Suriyeli Sağlık Çalışanlarının Travmatik Stres Belirtileri, Tükenmişlik, Kaygı ve Depresyon Seviyelerinin İncelenmesini amaçlamaktadır. Bu araştırma Türkiyeli Sağlık çalışanları ve Suriye’den Türkiye’ye göç etmiş Suriyeli sağlık çalışanları ile gerçekleştirilmiştir. Bu örneklemde Türkiyeli 88 sağlık çalışanı ve Suriyeli 88 sağlık çalışanı araştırmanın çalışma grubunu oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırmada evren raslantısal seçim modeli ve kar topu örnekleme yöntemi ile oluşturulmuştur. Verilerin toplanması amacı ile sosyodemografik form Olayların Etkisi Ölçeği, Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeği, Hasta Sağlığı Anketi-9 , Beck Anksiyete Ölçeği Türkçe ve Arapça standardizasyonları çevrimiçi platform ortamında uygulanmış ve istatistiki değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır. Katılımcıların ülkelere göre ölçeklerden aldıkları skorlar değerlendirildiğinde Olayların Etkisi Ölçeği’nin yeniden yaşama alt boyutunda p değeri .042, kaçınma alt boyutunda p değeri .036, ve Maslach Tükenmişlik Ölçeğinin duygusal tükenme alt boyutunda p değeri .041 olarak gruplar arasında istatistiki açıdan anlamlı bir fark bulunmuştur. Bu farklar değerlendirildiğinde yeniden yaşama alt boyutunda Suriyeli çalışanların Türkiyeli çalışanlara göre daha fazla yeniden yaşamaya maruz kaldığı; kaçınma alt boyutunda Suriyeli çalışanların Türkiyeli çalışanlara göre daha fazla kaçınma davranışı gösterdiği; duygusal tükenme alt boyutunda Türkiyeli çalışanların Suriyeli çalışanlara göre daha fazla duygusal olarak tükendiği sonucuna ulaşılmıştır.
ABSTRACT : The research aims to examine the Traumatic Stress Symptoms, Burnout, Anxiety and Depression Levels of Turkish and Syrian Health Workers during the Covid -19 pandemic period. This research carried out with Turkish health workers and Syrian health workers who have migrated to Turkey from Syria. In this sample, 88 health workers from Turkey and 88 health workers from Syria were form the study group of the research. In this research, the population was created by random selection model and snowball sampling method. For the purpose of collecting data, Sociodemographic form Impact of Event Scale- Revised , Maslach Burnout Inventory, Patient Health Questionnaire-9, Beck Anxiety Inventory Turkish and Arabic standardizations were applied in the online platform environment and statistical evaluations was made when the scores of the participants from the scales were evaluated according to the countries, a statistically significant difference was found between the groups the p value in the re-living sub-dimension of the Impact of Event Scale was .042, in avoidance subdimension p value .036 and a statistically significant difference was found between the groups, with a p value of .041 in the emotional exhaustion subdimension of the Maslach Burnout Scale. When these differences are evaluated, it is seen that Syrian health workers are exposed to re-living more than Turkish health workers in the sub-dimension of re-living; In the avoidance sub-dimension, Syrian employees showed more avoidance behavior than Turkish employees; In the emotional exhaustion sub-dimension, it was concluded that Turkish employees are more emotionally exhausted than Syrian employees.
