dc.description.abstractAraştırmamızın konusunu, uluslararası ticarette önemli bir yeri olan televizyon programlarının ve özellikle televizyon program formatlarının Fikir ve Sanat Eserleri Kanunu’na göre tartışmalı hukuki nitelikleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma dâhilinde, program türlerine göre televizyon program ve formatlarının fikir ve sanat eserleri hukuku kapsamındaki yeri doktrindeki görüşler, uygulamadaki ihtilaflar, Yargıtay kararları ve yabancı hukuklardaki düzenlemeler eşliğinde ayrıntılı şekilde ele alınacaktır. Araştırma kapsamında hedeflenen amaç, televizyon programlarının ve özellikle televizyon program formatlarının telif hukuku kapsamında eser niteliğine haiz olup olmadığını ve eser olarak nitelendirildiği takdirde hangi eser kategorisi içinde değerlendirilmesi gerektiğini incelemektir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe copyright law of television programs and their formats that signifies a very big importance in international trading constitute the theme of our research. The place of copyrightlaw of television programs and their format according to their types, the different point of views, the dispute in implemantation will be held within the research including with Supreme Court resolutions and there gulations in foreign law. The objective of there search is to analyze if the television programs and especially their formats are considered as piece of work within the copyrightlaw and if the yarereally piece of work in which category should they be included and evaluated.en_US
