dc.description.abstractBu çalışmanın amacı Türkiye'de devlet sermaye ilişkileri kapsamında İslami sermayenin konumunu analiz etmektir. Bu bağlamda Poulantzas ve Jessop'un devlete dair geliştirdikleri analitik çerçeveden yola çıkarak islami sermaye'nin devletle ve diğer sermaye fraksiyonlarıyla olan ilişkisi incelenmektedir. Tezde, İslami sermayenin tarihsel gelişimini ele almanın yanı sıra MÜSİAD'ın yayınları ve İslam ekonomisine dair çeşitli analizlerin neşredildiği İslamcı dergilere yer verilmiştir. İslami sermayenin geliştirmek istediği ekonomi projesinin izini sürmek için bu yayınlar günümüzde önemli olduğu kadar, tartışmaların yürütüldüğü dönemde de fikir düzleminde yön verici etkiye sahiptirler. Neoliberal piyasa anlayışının islami temalarla yeniden yorumlandığı ve 1990'lı yıllara dair önerilerin sunulduğu bu kaynaklardan yola çıkarak İslami sermayenin nasıl bir sermaye birikim modeli tahayyül ettiği anlaşılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu modellemede devletin varlığının ve devlet müdahalesinin ne düzeyde olması gerektiğine dair düşünceler irdelenmiştir. Ayrıca, yayınlardaki görüş ve tartışmalara dayanarak İslamcı sermayenin çalışma ilişkilerinde emeği nasıl konumlandırdığını açığa çıkarmak hedeflenmektedir.
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this thesis is to analyze the position of Islamic capital within the context of state-capital relations in Turkey. In this context, by using Poulantzas and Jessop's analytic framework developed for the state, the relationship between Islamic capital and the state and between other capital fractions will be analyzed. Providing the historical development of Islamic capital, this thesis also gives room to MÜSIAD publications and journals that debate Islamic economics. These publications are of utmost importance today since they allow us to trace the economic project of Islamic capital. They were also important during their publication years as they were effective in giving direction to opinions on this matter. By using these publication sources from the 1990s, this thesis will evaluate the kind of economic project developed by Islamic capital by illustrating how the neoliberal market understanding was interpreted by Islamic themes. Arguments on the extent to which the state should be active and involved in this model have also been included. Finally, by referring to the debates held in these publications, this thesis aims to present how labor is positioned in working relations.
