| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalıŞmada Türkiye’de Avukatlık Mesleği’nin Tarihi ve GeliŞimi konusu incelenmiŞtir. Bu çalıŞma giriŞ bölümü, üç kısım ve sonuç bölümlerinden oluŞmaktadır. GiriŞ bölümünde çalıŞmamızın amacı ortaya konulmuŞtur. ÇalıŞmanın birici kısmında Osmanlı ?mparatorluğu döneminde savunma mesleğini yerine getiren kiŞiler incelenmiŞtir. ÇalıŞmanın ikinci kısmında, Türkiye Cumhuriyeti’nin kuruluŞundan sonra savunma mesleği alanında çalıŞan kiŞiler açısından gerçekleŞtirilen hukuki düzenlemeler ve Türkiye’de kurulmuŞ olan hukuk fakülteleri konuları incelenmiŞtir. ÇalıŞmanın üçüncü kısmında günümüz avukatlık kanunu açısından avukatlık mesleği ve Türkiye’de kurulmuŞ olan barolar ayrıntıyla incelenmiŞtir. Sonuç bölümünde, Türkiye’de avukatlık mesleğinin geçirmiŞ olduğu geliŞmeler ve ulaŞmıŞ olduğu nokta tespit edilerek; mesleğin geliŞimi açısından varılması gereken hedefler tespit edilmeye çalıŞılmıŞtır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | At this study; The History And Development Of Attorney Proffession in Turkey is researched. This study consists of an introduction part, followed by three seperate body parts and a conclusion part. In the introduction part, the purpose of our study has been mentioned. In the first part of the study, the people who make proffesion at defending at the period of Ottoman Empire has been researched. In the second part of the study, legal arrangements realized in terms of the people who are working at the profession of defending after the establishment of the Turkish Republic and law faculties that are established in Turkey have been researched. In the third part of the study, according to Lawyer’s Code, attorney profession and the bars that have been established in Turkey are researched in details. In the conclusion part, the developments of attorney profession in Turkey and the status of the point that has been reached at attorney profession; things that should be done for progressing attorney profession tried to be determined. | en_US |
