dc.description.abstractKullanıcı kavramı mimarlıkta tarihsel olarak icat edilmiş ve zaman içerisinde öznelliği anlamında bir değişime uğramıştır. Erken modernist mimarlıkta kullanıcının, mekanın üretiminde etkisiz bir konumda olduğu var sayılır. Kullanıcının mimarlık disiplinindeki konumunda ilk büyük değişim yirminci yüzyılın ortalarında gerçekleşir. Kullanıcı mimari tasarıma bir veri olarak dahil olur ve tasarım sürecinin yönlendiricisi haline gelir. Kullanıcı bu bağlamda mimarın verdiği kararları meşrulaştıran bir özne konumundadır. Kullanıcının özgürleşmesi olarak tarif edilen durum ise ancak mimarlık disiplininde mekan üretiminin toplumsal bir olgu olduğunun keşfi ve gündelik hayatın mekanını incelemeye başladıktan sonra söz konusu olacaktır. Bu doğrultuda, bu çalışma mimarlıkta kullanıcının özgürleşmesi olarak ifade edilen durumu incelemeyi amaçlamaktadır. Bunu yaparken özellikle sanatta güncel bir tartışma konusu olan usership (kullanıcılık) olgusu ve onun etrafında şekillenen kavramların (izleyicilik, müelliflik, uzmanlık) mimarlık disiplinindeki tezahürleri çalışmaya dahil edilecektir. Böylece kullanıcının ve mimarlık disiplininin karşılıklı olarak sınırlarını muğlaklaştırması ve özgürleşmesi imkanları incelenecektir.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe concept of user has been historically constructed in architecture and has undergone a change in the sense of its subjectivity over time. In early modernist architecture, the user is considered to have a passive role in the spatial production. The first major change in the user's position in the architectural discipline takes place in the mid-twentieth century. The user is included as a data in architectural design and becomes the router of the design process. In this context, the user is a subject who justifies the decisions of the architect. The situation described as the emancipation of the user will only occur after the discovery of the production of space in the architectural discipline as a social phenomenon and the beginning of the studies in everyday life. In this respect, this study aims to examine the situation defined as the user's emancipation in architecture. While doing this, the concept of usership, which is a subject of contemporary discussion in art, and its relevant concepts such as authorship, spectatorship and expertise will be included in the study. Thus, the possibilities of the user and the discipline of architecture to mutually obscure their boundaries and their emancipation will be examined.en_US
