| dc.description.abstract | İktidarlar baskı ve zülüm uyguladıkça, baskıya karşı direnme, politik alanda var olmuştur. Kamuyaaçık alanda, şiddetsiz olarak gerçekleştirilen, yasaya aykırı ancak meşru bir protesto biçimi olarakkabul edilen sivil itaatsizlik, pasif direnişin en etkin eylemlerinden biri olmuştur. Bu çalışmadaamaçlanan; vicdani ret kavramını, hareketin özneleri, uygulayıcıları olan vicdani retçilerle yapılanderinlemesine mülakatlar sonucunda, tanım, sivil itaatsizlik eylemleriyle ilişkisi, tarihsel gelişim,örgütlenme ve Türkiye’nin demokratikleşme sürecine etkileri bağlamında anlama ve anlamlandırmaçabasıdır. Bu doğrultuda birinci bölümde, direnme hakkı ve sivil itaatsizlik kavramı ve kuramlarınayer verilmiş, temel unsurları vurgulanmıştır. İkinci bölümde; vicdani ret kavramıyla ilgili farklıgörüşlere yer verilmiş, dünyada ve Türkiye’de vicdani ret hareketinin tarihsel gelişim sürecine veulusal, uluslararası hukuk açısından vicdani ret kavramına bakılmıştır. Çalışmanın son bölümündeyapılan araştırmanın yöntemi, içeriği ve bulguları sunulmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Whenever governments oppress coercion and injustice, than resistance to compulsion exists in thepolitical area. Civil disobedience is a non-violent, openned to the public action, that is against law,on the other hand, a legitimate protest, which is the most prominent action of passive resistance.The purpose of the study is to give meaning to; the concept of conscientious objection, itsrelationship with civil disobedience, its historical development and its effects on thedemocratization process in Turkey.In-depth interviews were conducted with conscientious objector who are the subjects of theconscientious objection movement in Turkey . In the first part of the study, the theories and theconcepts of the right of resistance and civil disobedience are discussed and the essential elementswere emphasized. In the second part, the concept and the interpretations of conscientious objectionare presented, the historical development of the movement in the world and Turkey is defined andevaluated interms of the national and international law. Finally, in the last part of the study; themethod, contents and findings of the research are being shared. | en_US |
