Organizational communication directs the relationship between internal and external stakeholders of the organization by taking a role in all organizational action and managerial processes. In this context, it also affects organizational outcomes. Effectively and efficiently channelling intra-organizational communication for organizational success is also effective in employees' understanding of their duties and responsibilities within the organization and activating their knowledge skills and abilities in line with the organisation's goals. At this point, it can be said that organizational communication adds mobility to businesses through self-expression. From this perspective, it understands the communication subject's development processes that play a crucial role for organizations in the literature and revealing its relationship with other variables will bring a systematic and holistic perspective to the relevant literature. With the bibliometric analysis method made for this purpose, it is aimed to create a perspective on how organizational communication offers mobility to businesses, the development, quality and quantity of the process. However, this branch of science, which is still very young in the history of science, acts as a catalyst in the economy by adding high added value to the world trade volume. This industry, which gained momentum with the liberalization period after 1980, has an ecosystem in which strong organizational structures can hold. With its key functions such as safety management, human resources management, marketing management, and financial management in terms of its scope, it needs a visionary perspective with a working area within the airport management network. From this point of view, understanding the development processes of the field in the literature and revealing its relationship with other variables will provide a systematic and holistic perspective to the related literature. For this purpose, the bibliometric analysis method was used in this study, which was conducted in the field of aviation management. The study covers a process, especially from the liberalization period to the present. The purpose of this study in the field of aviation management is to create a perspective on the aspects in which the field offers mobility, the development, quality, and quantity of the process. In this context; In this content; Studies in the field of aviation management were taken from WEB of Science (VOSviewer). Word cloud and keyword maps were created covering the distribution of the studies by years, the authors who contributed the most to the field, the institutions, and journals according to the number of publications, and the languages used in the publications. Especially the rapid transformation of technology has increased the degree of dependency on the system. The main reason for this is perceived only as the technology costs brought by digital transformation. However, we understand from the bankruptcy of economically strong companies that this is not the real problem. This study looks at it from the perspective of leadership, which is an important skill for businesses. The research focuses on leadership roles needed to adapt to digital transformation. At this point, the roles of digital leadership and its contribution to businesses were investigated. At this point, we try to reveal the role of digital leadership with two different qualitative analyzes. In the research, semi-structured interviews were conducted with senior managers, phenomenological and content analysis was performed using Nvivo and MAXQDA qualitative analysis programs, and relevant confidential information was revealed. As a result of the research, it has been determined that there is an important link between time management and productivity while supporting system efficiency and transformation adaptation. In other words, a positive relationship has been determined between the success of digital transformation and digital leadership roles. In digital transformation, digital leadership has a role in the positive development of the relationship between the digital transformation process and business strategies. Sürekli ve artan bir hızla değişen şartlar karşısında işletmeler varlıklarını koruyabilmek için değişen iş dünyasına ayak uydurmak, bunun için ise değişim gerçekleştirmek zorunda kalmaktadırlar. Bu noktada ise “örgütsel değişim” kavramının önem kazandığı ve örgütsel değişim sürecinin iyi bir şekilde analiz edilerek yönetilmesi gerekliliği ortaya çıkmıştır. Bu düşünceden hareketle bu çalışmanın temel amacı örgütsel değişim yönetimi konusunda yayınlanmış araştırma makalelerinin bibliyometrik analizini yaparak örgütsel değişim yönetimi konusuna makraskopik bir bakış açısı getirmektir. Öncelikle değişim ve örgütsel değişim kavramsal olarak değerlendirilmiş ve örgütsel değişim yönetimi konusu süreç olarak ele alınmıştır. Araştırma verileri Web of Science (WoS) veri tabanından elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen verileri analiz etmek için VoSviewer bilimsel haritalama programı kullanılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucunda elde edilen bulgulara göre örgütsel değişim yönetimi konusunda yapılan çalışmalarda en çok kullanılan anahtar kelimelerin “örgütsel değişim” ve “değişim yönetimi” olduğu; en çok çalışma üretilen ülkenin Amerika olduğu; en çok çalışma yayınlanana derginin “Journal of Organizational Change” olduğu; en çok çalışma yapan yazarın Suresh olduğu ve en çok ortak atık yapılan yazarın Kottter olduğu tespit edilmiştir.Öğe ÖRGÜTSEL DUYGU YÖNETİMİNDE LİDERLİK UYGULAMALARININ ROLÜ: HAVACILIK SEKTÖRÜNDE NİTEL BİR ARAŞTIRMA(Çanakkale Onsekiz Mart University, 2024) Türk, AbdullahLiderlik, bir gruptaki insanları etkileme ve insanları belirli bir hedefe yönlendirme gücü olarak tanımlanmaktadır. Organizasyonlar için liderlik; Rekabet ortamındaki değişimlere ayak uydurmak, avantaj sağlamak ve sürdürülebilirliğe katkıda bulunmak için mentorluk rolü üstlenmek anlamına gelir. The research aims to reveal the impact roles of digitalization on the tourism sector. For this purpose, in-depth interviews were conducted with experts in qualitative analysis management. The data obtained as a result of the interviews were conceptually coded for content analysis. After the coding, the data were analyzed using the Maxqda 21 program. Human resources management performs this compliance optimization with its sub-functions. In particular, the correct determination and determination of the current situation and future positions of the employees is also an indicator of output within the organization. At this point, the performance evaluation function of human resources management has an important responsibility in fulfilling this task. As the world progresses in change, the needs and expectations of employees are also changing. At this point, the task is not only to measure the employee’s performance but also to put forward the arguments that increase that performance. Organizations in which only the institution’s needs are prioritized in the modern organizational structure fail in the long run in terms of competition. Therefore, individuals’ involvement in determining the targeted performance indicators can make serious contributions to achieving the targeted outputs. In this regard, performance evaluation is the value put forward to provide information infrastructure to many departments such as career, reward and wage, talent management, training, and development. In this context, the aim of the study is; It is to reveal qualitatively what kind of structural and employee-focus performance evaluation has. Innovative ideas put forward by employees are especially needed in high-value-added business lines where human relations are important. Sustaining the production of innovative ideas that are directly related to the individual skills of employees requires a culture-supported ecosystem at the organizational level. For this reason, it is essential to understand the relationship between job crafting, which is related to the degree of autonomy of individuals over their work, and organizational creativity, which prioritizes new and creative solutions with high added value for the organization. The aim of the study adopting this perspective is, is to understand the relationship between employees' job crafting at the organizational level and overall organizational creativity. The qualitative analysis method was used in this research, which focuses on the social impact of the importance given to employees' job competence and the hidden roles of employees' expectations in highlighting creativity at the organizational level. In the study where the Maxqda 22 program was used, the data obtained from in-depth interviews were conceptually coded and content analysis was performed. The research was conducted through focus group interviews with mid-to-senior level professionals in the aviation industry, both managing and managing. The connection relationship of the parts obtained as a result of the analysis is transferred according to the configuration direction. Research findings on the relationship between employees' job skills and organizational creativity; He highlighted the role relationships between "support and performance", "innovation and flexibility", "initiative and dynamism" and finally "dynamism and innovation". Practical results obtained from the research; The capacity to use business skills is associated with organizational support, the initiative power of the employee in his field of expertise is associated with innovative performance, and it has been determined that an increase in creativity capacity and innovative behavior occurs at the organizational level in total.Öğe Understanding the Role of Corporate Social Responsibility on Internal Customer Satisfaction for Sustainable Business Strategy; A Qualitative Research in the Aviation Industry(2023) Ün, Cigdem; Türk, AbdullahIn industrial life, where competition is increasingly intense in the globalization process, the efforts of companies to gain an advantage differ. In the 21st century, where competition over economic output and growth and profitability alone does not make a difference, corporate social responsibility projects and strategies to compete by gaining social legitimacy comes to the fore. The inimitable aspect of Human Resources, which is the most valuable resource for a business, has led to the need for deep and different studies on the importance of internal customers. These early-recognizing businesses take measures to retain talented employees, making a difference in competition with internal resources. Social responsibilities, which are the responsibilities of organizations to their employees, their environment, and consumers, form the basis of competition and sustainable strategies today. Based on this basis, the research focusing on the role of corporate social responsibility projects on internal customer satisfaction in the aviation industry wants to reveal organization-based outputs. This qualitative research aims to open a social window to competitive advantage with corporate social responsibility strategies; It is concerned to create an important value to understand the role of the institutions that produce and manage sustainability projects that are sensitive to the environment and society. In this context, qualitative research was conducted with 24 middle and senior managers working at the management level of airline companies operating in Turkey. Within the scope of the research, 7 open-ended questions were asked. All collected data were analyzed using the Maxqda 20 program. Content analysis, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research and the connection relationship of the parts obtained as a result of the analysis was conveyed according to the direction of configuration.
