İnsan hakları günümüz toplumlarında sıkça tartısılan bir değerdir. ?nsan hakları genellikle mağdurların ve muhalefetin dili olarak gündeme gelmektedir. O halde, ?insan hakları? hangi tarihsel, kavramsal ve islevsel süreçlerden geçirilerek bir değer hüviyeti kazanmıstır? Bu çalısmamızda genel olarak sorunun cevapları içerikte belirtilen temalar çerçevesinde aranacaktır. Sonuçta, elde ettiğimiz bulgulara kosut çesitli değerlendirmeler de bulunduk. Çalısmamız, giris, dört ana bölüm ve sonuçtan olusmaktadır.
Human rights are among the values which have been constantly debated in the current societies. Often human rights are evaluated as the language of victims and dissidents. What are the historical, conceptual and functional processes that have shaped the human rights as recognized by the current societies/debates? Our answers to this question are broadly given in accordance with the themes that are mentioned in the table of contents. In the end, we made several concluding points in the contexts of the findings of our investigation. This study is composed of an introduction, four main chapters and a conclusion.
