dc.description.abstractÖZET: 2019 yılının sonlarında yayılmaya başlayan COVİD-19 virüsünün, 2020 yılında küresel pandemiye dönüşmesi sonucu, dünya, büyük bir ekonomik krize girmiştir. Hemen hemen bütün sektörleri olumsuz etkileyen bu süreçte, ülkelerin karantina kapsamında kapanmasıyla birlikte işletmeler ve çalışanları oldukça sıkıntılı günler geçirmiştir. Virüs, sadece ekonomik daralmaya sebep olmamış, toplumların da hem tüketim hem sosyal alışkanlıklarını değiştirmiştir. Bu çalışmada, COVİD-19 virüsünün küresel etkileri araştırılmış özellikle Türkiye’de, otomotiv, perakende gıda, ulaştırma ve depolama, tekstil, deri ve giyim eşyası sektörlerinde faaliyet gösteren, BIST’e kote firmaların finansal tablolarında 2019 yılına göre oluşan değişiklikler analiz edilmiştir. Analiz yapılırken, firmaların 2019 ve 2020 yıllarında yayınladıkları finansal raporları rasyolar aracılığıyla incelenmiş ve karşılaştırılmıştır. Yapılan analiz sonucu elde edilmiş olan bulgular değerlendirilmiş ve yorumlanmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT: The COVİD-19 virus, beginning to spread as of the end of 2019, turned into a global pandemic in 2020, and the world has entered a major economic crisis. During this period, which negatively affected almost all sectors, businesses and their employees had a challenging time with the closure of countries within the scope of quarantine. The virus has caused economic contraction and changed both the consumption and social habits of societies. In this study, the global effects of the COVİD-19 virus were investigated, and the impact on the financial statements of the companies listed in BIST, operating in the automotive, retail food, transportation and storage, textile, leather and clothing sectors in Turkey, compared to 2019 were analyzed. While making the analysis, the financial reports of the companies published in 2019 and 2020 were examined and compared by ratio analysis. Finally, the findings of the study were evaluated and interpreted.en_US
