| dc.description.abstract | ÖZET: Akdeniz havzasındaki Anayasal tartışmalar Anayasadan beklentilerin çok yoğun olduğunu göstermektedir. Oysa yazılı Anayasalar her zaman uygulamaya geçmemektedir. Bu konuda Türkiye tecrübesine dikkat çekilmiştir. Yine bu bölgedeki Anayasal tartışmalar grup kimliklerini ön plana çıkarmaktadır. Grup kimlikleri üzerinden hakları tartışmanın bireyin özgürleşmesine olumsuz etki edebileceğinin altı çizilmiştir. Anayasa yapım sürecinde kadınların katılımının eksikliğine dikkat çekilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT: Discussions on the constitution in the Mediterranean Region show that the expectation from the constitution is extremely high. In reality it is experienced that written constitutions are not always implemented. In this respect it is drawn attention to the experience of Turkey. Discussions on constitution in the Mediterranean Region bring social group identities in the foreground. It is placed emphasis the possible negative effect of discussion on the group rights basis to the emancipation of individual.
