Özet
Mobil oyunlar son on yılda muazzam bir endüstri yarattı. İnsanoğlunun basit bir alışkanlığı olan oyun oynamayı dijital dünyanın gereksinimlerine uygun hale getiren bu sektör son dönemde göz kamaştırmakta. Bu çalışmanın temel amacı, mobil oyunları oynama niyetini etkileyen temel faktörleri belirlemektir. İlgili faktörler bu çalışma kapsamında derinlemesine analiz edilmektedir; oyun oynama niyetini ve beceriyi etkileyen ana faktörler olarak tutum, algılanan haz ve dikkat odağı, algılanan keyif için itici güçler olarak beceri, insan-oyun etkileşimi, çaba beklentisi ve teknoloji bilgisi ve dikkat odağı. Önerilen modeli test etmek için katılımcılardan mobil oyunlar hakkında bir anket doldurmaları istenmiştir. Anket verileri 364 katılımcıdan oluşan bir örneklemden toplanmıştır. Sonuçlar, insan-oyun etkileşiminin ve meydan okumanın, mobil oyunların algılanan haz ve dikkat odağı üzerinde bir etkisi olduğunu ortaya koymaktadır. Ayrıca, mobil oyunlardan algılanan haz, dikkat, odaklanma, tutum ve oynama niyeti arasında beklenen ilişki desteklenmektedir. Mobile games have created an enormous industry during the past decade. Converting a simple habit of humankind, which is gaming, in harmony with the requirements of digital world, this industry have been shining recently. The main objective of this study is to determine the essential factors affecting the intention to play of mobile games. The following constructs are deeply analyzed in the scope of this study, attitude, perceived enjoyment and attention focus as the main constructs affecting the intention to play and skill, challenge, human-game interaction, effort expectancy and technology savviness as the drivers for perceived enjoyment and attention focus. Participants are requested to complete a survey about mobile games in order to test the proposed model. The survey data was gathered from a sample of 364 participants. The results reveal that human-game interaction and challenge have an impact on perceived enjoyment and attention focus of mobile games. Moreover, the expected relationship among perceived enjoyment, attention focus, attitude and intention to play of mobile games is supported.
