dc.description.abstractÖZET: Bir çok kültürde her yaştan çocuğun yaşadığı cinsel istismar doğası, şiddeti ve boyutları ile diğer kriz durumlarından farklılık gösterir. Çocukların aile içi veya aile dışı cinsel istismara maruz kalmaları psikolojik, sosyal ve bilişsel gelişimlerini olumsuz etkiler. Cinsel istismarın çocuklar üzerindeki etkileri, travmatik olayın olduğu sıralarda ve travmatik olay sonrasındaki dönemlerde de görülebilmektedir. Cinsel istismara uğrayan çocuklarda ortaya çıkan ruhsal sorunların temelinde travma yaratan dinamikler vardır. Psikososyal, kültürel, kişisel ve psikolojik etkenler çocuklara yönelik istismar edici eylemlerin kaynağını oluşturur.en_US
dc.description.abstractABSTRACT: In many cultures sexual abuse event experienced by children of all ages can be differentiated from other crisis situations in terms of its nature, intensity and extent. Intrafamilial and extrafamilial sexual abuse of children has negative effects on their psychological, social and cognitive development. The effects of sexual abuse on children can be seen in acute phase, as well as years after the traumatic event. The traumagenic dynamics are the causes of the mental problems emerging from the children’s sexual abuse experience. The psychosocial, cultural, personal and psychological factors are the sources of abusive behaviour towards children.en_US
