    Bir Ad ve Disiplin Problemi Olarak Yapay Zekâ

    ÖZET: Bu makale, zekâ ve teknik arasındaki karmaşık ve zorlu ilişkiyi inceliyor. Özellikle çağdaş dijital teknolojiler bağlamında içgüdü, zekâ, bilinç, beden ve zihin gibi kavramları belirlenimci bir perspektifle kategorize etmenin problemli yönlerini açığa çıkarmayı hedefliyor. Makalenin temel amacı, teknolojik gelişmeleri anlamak için felsefi ve antropolojik bir çerçeve sunmak ve yapay zekâ teknolojilerini, insanın bilişsel ve toplumsal kapasiteleriyle birlikte düşünmenin gerekliliğini vurgulamaktadır. Makale ayrıca teknolojik gelişmelerin sıklıkla tetiklediği hiperbolik duygusal*** tepkilere karşı ihtiyatlı bir yaklaşımın öneminin altını çiziyor. Makale, yapay zekâ kavramını ve evrimini çevreleyen karmaşıklıkları daha iyi anlamak ve ifade edebilmek için felsefi, evrimsel ve kültürel unsurları içeren multidisipliner bir bakış açısı öneriyor. Tartışma, insan-makine etkileşiminin tarihsel ve antropolojik arka planına odaklanarak bu etkileşimin, günümüz yapay zekâ teknolojileri bağlamında sosyal ve kültürel sonuçlarına dair bir perspektif çiziyor. Nihayetinde teknolojik ilerlemelerin, insanın bilişsel ve toplumsal gelişimiyle ilişkili olarak disiplinler ötesi bir çerçeveyle analiz edilmesinin gerekliliğine vurgu yapıyor.

    New media technologies as pharmacon

    ABSTRACT: This study, which involves two research areas that do not yet occupy enough space in the field of interest in the history of philosophy, namely the concepts of technology and Anthropocene, performs an analysis of how the world is evolving with technology, media technologies, and specifically the internet. The primary tools used in this research are the concepts and arguments of the phenome-nological tradition and then the post-phenomenological philosophy and Stiegler philosophies. Since the medical, economic, political, cultural, and meaning-related crises of our age are now the crisis of the entire planet, especially in the Anthropocene Age, the causes and consequences of this crisis are studied. Our relationship with the technical object, which is at the very center of the crisis is exam-ined thoroughly. As a result, therapeutic prescriptions for this inevitable pharmacological effect of technology have been revealed and explored on an ethical-political plane eventually.
