Özet

In this paper, a communication system model in which optical power delivery and optical data transmission realized on a single channel is proposed. In the proposed system, optical power, data, and clock pulse signals are transmitted together on a single channel by applying PulseWidth Modulation on the light source. System model and the components are described in detail. The presented architecture enables single light sources and single fiber optical cable utilization, and hence, it can be integrated to compact, low-power, optical biomedical microsystems.
