Özet

The article will address the relationship between public opinion and the agenda media on the Peru-United States free trade treaty between October 2005 and June 2006, in the context of the Peru 2006 presidential election. To analyze this relationship has chosen the agenda setting theory, and has been used surveys of opinion of APOYO and the media of the El Comercio daily agenda.
