Özet
Objective: The aim of this study was to determine and evaluate the satisfaction ratings of customers admitted to an alcohol-substance abuse center providing outpatient counseling. Methods: In 2018, a questionnaire was admin-istered to clients who received psychotherapy services three times and above at the Yeshilay Counseling Center. Each unit was evaluated separately and nine questions were asked in the survey. Results: As a result of the survey, customers were satisfied with the service provided. Discussion: The fact that customers feel comfortable and safe when they come to the centre is an important factor for treatment. It is thought that the quality of service will also increase with client satisfaction. © 2019, Cukurova University, Faculty of Medicine. All rights reserved.
